At GraceNest we are professional caregivers who provide dedicated childcare during your special event. Our experienced providers ensure children are safe, entertained, and engaged, allowing parents and guests to relax and enjoy the celebration. We bring age-appropriate toys, books, and activities to keep little ones happy while maintaining a structured, fun environment. 

We provide are for children of all ages - from infants to older kids. Our providers are experienced in handling a variety of needs, including feeding, diaper changes, nap schedules, and engaging activities to different age groups. 

The number of childcare providers depends on the number and ages of children attending. As a general guideline, we recommend: 

• 1 Childcare provider for every infant ( newborn to 12 months) 

• 1 Childcare provider for every baby ( 12 to 14 months) 

• 1 Childcare provider for every 2 toddlers ( ages 2-4 years) 

• 1 Childcare provider for every 3 pre-school children ( 4-6 years) 

• 1 Childcare provider for every 4 children ( 6-10 years)

Booking is easy! Simply contact us via our website or email with your event date, location, and the estimated number of children needing care. We'll discuss your specific needs and create a customized childcare plan. A deposit secures your date, and the remaining balance is due before the event.
