Refund Policy
​At GraceNest, we understand that plans can change. As a mobile childcare service that prepares staffing and travel arrangements in advance, we kindly ask clients to review our refund policy below.
Booking Deposits​
A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to secure all bookings. This deposit along with the signed contract, confirms your date, time, and childcare provider(s).
Cancellations
72 hours or more before the scheduled service: Payments made beyond the deposit will be refunded.
Within 72 hours of the scheduled service: 50% of the total booking fee is non-refundable.
Within 24 hours or same-day cancellation: No refund will be issued.
Rescheduling
Clients may reschedule once at no additional charge if at least 48 hours notice is given. Rescheduled services are subject to availability.
Early Completion of Service
If services end earlier than scheduled at the client’s request, the full booking fee remains payable.
